"I went here for the first-time last month for a special occasion. I asked for a gel mani-pedi in a pretty purple color. The staff was very nice, and my toes looked great! But over the next few days I realized that my nails had some kind of silver polish over the purple. I think he must have used the wrong topcoat, because it was definitely a mix of two different colors and not what I asked for. I was really disappointed. To be fair I didn't call to tell them, mostly because I didn't have time to go back in and have it fixed. My first gel manicure was a disappointment."
"Jerome and Rosa are the absolute best!! I have never repeatedly come back to the same nail salon because I usually end up disappointed with the experience. That is not the case with Rosa Nails!! The attention to detail they give to every customer is incredible. They are warm, lovely people and I will continue to come back again and again!"
"I always go to Rosa to get my nails done. And does she do them good? Yes BUT she feels she can never be wrong. Tried to talk to her about my nails coming off and when asking her how many had to be off to get charged for a new set, she couldn’t answer. Furthermore, claimed I was complaining on the phone when i was trying to get in so I WONT have to be charged for a new set. One lesson she needs to know is to NOT try to speak to customers any sort of way because they’re young and how unnecessary attitude makes YOU and the whole business look unprofessional."
