"Went in for a spa pedicure and walked out just at 30 minutes and feet still rough on spots and not feeling revived like usual. Went on recommendation and never again. No one barely in there and no one waiting and it was fast and not good at all. Biggest waste of money."
"This place is horrible!!!!!!!!! My mother in law went to get her nails done (recommended by me - sorry) Beni did her nails on Thursday the 21st of July and here today on the 25th of July the thumb nail has come off and the paint is chipping! When I called to speak to the owner about it she said “ oh she was very difficult because she didn’t know what color she wanted and I helped her pick out her color and since she was so difficult, we will fix it for her this time but we cannot take her back.” If you believe that the color she wanted is what lifted her nails… that means NO one needs to go get their nails done HERE because that is the foundation NOT the color! Instead of saying “ we are sorry that this was the experience, come on in and we will fix it for you” she instead has NO Accountability and wants to put it on the client! I have been going to this place for over five years, I have not been completely satisfied but they do an OK job but after this experience I will not be returning especially because they are overpriced and their work is just okay - this was the push I needed to stop coming. Oh and clearly they don’t know how to treat their paying customers! P.S. Also stop asking if someone left a cash tip, if they want to leave one, they will! Believe the 3 Star overall review - trust me. Thanks."
"I’m giving this place 3 stars only because the lady who did my nails took her time and did an excellent job on my shape. However after telling her my concerns with a previous salon and showing her what was going on she brushed it of as something going on with their curing or my previous nail tech just didn’t know what they were doing. I left after my fill in feeling confident I had just found my new nail home, and woke up to this this morning. Needless to say I’m not happy."
