"I went in for dip with tips and a pedicure before going out of town. Not even a week later (4 days later actually) a nail on my non dominant hand snapped off, causing significant bleeding for almost half an hour and pain for days. The color overall is speckled (totally possible that it's the powder I picked and I didn't notice on the sample nail), and many other nails (at least 4) are cracking and about to break. Additionally, I noticed there is a hair that was polished into the top coat and is stuck on my nail. The staff were very nice and all, but having to deal with getting my nails fixed while in another country is not my idea of a vacation. I'm hoping I just got an "off day" experience because I really liked the staff and how helpful they were but the above issues are problematic."
"They were so fast but yet took their time. I never really liked getting my nails done because they don't turn out how I want but my nails are PERFECT. They were so honest and told me what would look good and what wouldn't. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I'll definitely become a regular customer here!!"
