"I had absolutely the best experience here. The reviews on here are mostly bad and I came on here to share my manicure was perfect! I was recommended by a friend to see John and he did a dip manicure with tips. I was in an out in under an hour. These nails are for my wedding and I’m 110% in love. Highly recommend. 10/10"

"The table and equipment were DIRTY and GROSS. The table was covered in nail clippings and a fine powder of nail shavings. The UV dryer for the shellac was also covered in nail shavings inside and it felt icky to stick my hands inside knowing my hands and arms were being covered in someone else's nail shavings. My nail tech was polite. They were out of the colour I chose, so she did layers of two other colours to try to match it. She cut my nails shorter than I would have liked, but otherwise my nails look nice. She didn't even bother to rub in the lotion she put on my hands or the oil for my cuticles. I feel like she rushed, and like I was more of a task than a person. No one was smiling there, clients or nail techs, except the gentleman who greeted me at the desk. He was very cheerful."

"Went and got a file just after a week of getting new set here because they were all lifting. The lady who helped me was rude and told me she knew how to do her job. I didn’t say anything except he used a clear tip last time. She also asked me why I didn’t wait for the guy who did my nails last which i replied I did ask for him and you told me to come. Well I asked for a design it turned out completely horrible none of them are the same the diamonds are all uneven none straight different sizes the polish is thick and lumpy with the clear not even over all the nails. Sje filea at the end again and buffed the white off the sides. She kept insisting that her work was great. When I spoke to the man at the front he said they look great and that they can’t be perfect he could fix an upside down diamond but that’s pretty much it. I’m not one to complain or even leave a review but for $78 it should have been way more professional or have discounted something. Unacceptable management and work. Not going here again."

"I got a gift certificate for Great lakes nails and i figured i would give it a try ....SO HAPPY i did....not only were they super friendly but faster then ever! I didn't have to wait for a chair...i was in and out! Jenny did my nails and she was so sweet. I will definitely be going back here! Thank you for the great friendly fast beautiful service! She did a great job on my nails. The exact length i wanted...color and she did a great job on the design!"
