"***New Review- Time to move on. Nails now last one day!!!! They use cheap nail glue and the acrylic is not thick enough. I won't be back. New photo shows nails day after service.**** 12.2.23 When they are fully staffed, service is better. But like most nail salons, they are short staffed which leads to long wait times and a decline in the quality of service. I've gotten a full set twice in the last 2 months and after a week, the nails begin to lift and the no chip, chips in about 1-2 days. If you can catch them off peak, you will have a better chance of liking your service. Manucures.....I'm sure they are supposed to involve pushing the cuticles back before trimming. Eyebrow waxing should require brushing or combing brows before waxing. This place has potential, but really needs a new plan of action to provide better customer service. Also, the prices seem to change a lot as I have never been charged the same price over the last 5 years. It seems there are new prices (not listed) and merchant fees. Pay cash and ask for the cost of everything before you start!"

"If I could give them a negative 0 I will. I went this past week to get a pedicure and an elderly gentleman was servicing me. When he told me he was done, I told him that my pedicure was not finished. He became verbally aggressive and defensive stating “what’s wrong”. I told him that my feet look horrible, the paint is streaked and looks old. He states “you the one picked out the color!” I then stated my toenails are not completely colored and there is still dead skin on my cuticles, if you don’t want to fix it can you get someone else. “You didn’t tell me what’s wrong” was his response, again I explain that the paint was clumpy and streaked it looked old and that my feet looked bad! He stated in front of other customers..to tell you the truth your feet is horrible. I felt so demeaned as other customers watched!"

"The guy that did my set took his time and shaped them really nice, so that's why I'm giving 3. My full set with gel polish was 50. But somehow my 2 daughters mani/pedis with gel polish was $80 a piece. The only reason we had to do gel was due to the limited selection of regular polish. They didn't take their time on my teens nails and they are uneven and in all different shapes and thickness. For those prices I'd expect them to receive the same level of time and detail as an adult would. I would be upset with the quality of her manicure regardless of price. But to charge $80?"

"It's SO nice to have finally found an awesome nail salon in Portage!! This is my second visit in 3 weeks, and I'm definitely coming back. Both Lynn and Ben do great work!! The hot pink no-chip was on my natural nails, by Lynn. This time I opted for acrylic and went with something a little more fun for Easter. Ben did an awesome job. Both services and techs are top-notch (and friendly). Thank you!!"
