"Have gone twice now. First time I was shocked no one spoke to me just pointed what chair to sit. It was hard to communicate what color I wanted. 2nd time I went still no communication. Three days after I got my no chip the polish completely came off one finger. Had it repaired and now 2 finger nails are chipped. I don’t think I will try it a third time."
"My mother & I just went in to get our nails done and after my mom addressing the way her nails were shaped they told us we could leave and go elsewhere so we requested our nails be taken off and this is how they left my nails .. very rude and unprofessional one of the workers stormed off to talk sh!t about us as if she was going to do something about us not liking the nails I would 100% take your business elsewhere"
"I have been to a lot of nail salons but the guy who did my nails just didn't listen to me.He seemed agitated entire time for my gel fill in..made it very hard to relax and enjoy my nail time. A lousy way to spend 45$ and not get what I asked for at all plus it was a very cold minded environment sadly. I won't be back and it's so sad because I want my nails done by weekly and same with my toes but now.. it won't be here me and my daughter and sister will be going to . sadly"
"I had a gel no chip. Excellent job. My technician actually rolled my finger from side to side to be able to see wear to paint. The tools he used were out of a package so they were unused which is what I was looking for - a clean place. The pic I posted is after 1 week."
