"The guy was nice but he used a 16 gauge needle to re-pierce my 8 year olds ears. Now all the normal earrings we have won’t fit so we will have to purchase new ones for her. Also if you are going to allow walk ins you should probably have someone besides yourself working. He was multitasking talking with two other clients while piercing my daughter’s ears. I could tell he knew what he was doing but it just made me uneasy, like he wasn’t giving it his undivided attention. We also called in advance to see what we needed to pierce a minors ears. He mentioned having to have the birth cirtificate and the parents ID and how much it was but did not mention we also needed a picture ID (school ID) for her or that we needed cash. Which I understand but that’s why we called beforehand to see what all we would need."
"I came here to get a couple piercings done for my birthday. I got forward helix piercings done at the same time. The room I was sitting in was not very clean looking, and I had to sit on a chair that had wheels on it, so it was very hard to keep still. After the piercings were done, I left the store, and my entire ear and part of my hair was covered in blood. Like dripping down my neck! It wasn’t even cleaned up after the piercing. I was told that blood clotting is good so he didn’t even clean it. I have since been battling the swelling, and I even had to take antibiotics due to infected piercings. I have had many piercings done in my life, but never any of them here and will most likely never go back."
"Me and my boyfriend went to no regrets and we loved it! James took us as walk ins and did absolutely amazing. Good prices and great guy. Very comfortable feel. If you need a tattoo definitely come here. We will definitely be coming back"
