"*edited Jan 28...but leaving the original review up* Edit to add: After upper management was informed of what's gone on, they have done everything they can to make things right. The manufacturer is not making things easy...so there hasn't been a total resolution yet. I believe, wholeheartedly, that Camden's upper management and sales team care deeply for their customers. I also believe that the issues that lead to my irritations will be addressed in house. I feel it's important to share the fact that, as a company, they have gone above and beyond...once the right people were informed. I had originally only given 1 star. I've edited that to 3 stars now. I would put them at 5 if it weren't for the initial frustrations with their lower level employees. * Original review with 1 star rating: * Camden's service department is HORRIBLE! Management is no better. The communication is garbage at best. They are happy to take your money BUT WILL NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT WHEN THERE'S AN ISSUE! I bought a fridge and stove in January 2023. In the beginning of November 2023, the fridge stopped working. I've been without a fridge since. They have given me MANY promises...yet haven't followed through on ANY! I CANT EVEN GET A CALL BACK WHEN THEY PROMISE! 2 1/2 months with out a refrigerator...with 2 teenage boys...through 2 big holidays... BUYERS BEWARE!!!"

"I purchased 5 different appliances in 2019. Currently using 2 of those. First to fail was the washing machine, refrigerator next and now stove. Had a repair man out on the 22 of November diagnosed problem and ordered part. On December 7th part was to be installed, but it was not the right part. Repair man from yesterday stated " Sorry about the wrong part. Other guy doesn't know what he is doing and was getting fired soon". Wow nice to know I let someone work on my gas stove who had no clue. Asked to have my money refunded since no service was completed. They would not give me a refund. Stated that service was done. Buyer beware.."

"Overall a very good experience. The salesman was helpful but didn't hover. He gave us time to look and make decisions. The delivery folks were excellent. They worked well together. Came in removed the old refrigerator and brought in all the new appliances. No muss no fuss!"
