"Stopped in to hunt for treasures with kid and friend, and we had the absolute PLEASURE of meeting Shaniqua, who absolutely made our whole day. She was so personable, friendly, and funny. We don't usually go to this location, but as long as she's working there, we'll be adding it to our rounds!"

"Wanted to buy a selfie light that had a price on it, when I went to pay for it they changed the price! why do they have a price on the products if, when you go to pay it's a different price. They say that someone has put a different price. But the interesting part is that you ask the supervisor how much something costs and when you go to pay, another “boss “ comes and says no it's not the right price! joint tape at Lows is $3.50 and they sell it for $5.99! Very Disappointed!"

"Always fun to see what they have. Prices have caused me to purchase less. Some used items priced as if new. A bit ridiculous!"

"As a customer of Goodwill, I am incredibly disappointed by the way I was treated during my recent visit to one of their stores. I was wrongfully accused of stealing and treated as if I had committed a crime, despite having done nothing wrong. The situation was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating, and I was made to feel like a criminal in front of other customers. I tried to explain my innocence, but the staff refused to listen to me and continued to treat me with suspicion and hostility. What makes this situation even worse is that Goodwill promised to address the issue and make things right, but they never followed through on their promise. I have yet to receive an apology or any sort of compensation for the way I was treated, which only adds insult to injury. As a long-time customer of Goodwill, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by their staff. I would caution other customers to be wary of shopping at Goodwill, as they clearly do not value their customers or treat them with the respect they deserve."

"My younger bro with disabilities worked here for about 9 months, he told me one of the managers on site would physically abuse him by doing things like throwing change at him when he couldn't find enough coins through the aisles. They've got some nice stuff sometimes, but with that kind of person in that position worries me on what other employees may be going through."
