"My daughter just had the worst experience at that Location in A white male that works there, harassed her at self check out. He seemed like he does it all the time and the manager allowed it. I feel like they both need to be fired. Never got that type of treatment at the store."
"I visited this store today June 3rd, I purchased some drinks and 4 balloons. Now the story with the balloons is I had to stand in line to request balloons, but I was expected to go get the numbers off the balloons an get back in line. The person who was waiting on me had to have been the manager, he was white, mostly bald with no teeth. This guy was completely disrespectful. He grabbed the phone said what he said, slammed the phone down, cursed and walked away. Everybody looked at me an said what happen. I said all I know is he was rude and disrespectful. I'll never go into that dollar tree again!"
"Really enjoyed talking with the southern gentleman there. Made me a bit homesick for the south. Definitely will be back because his customer skills are top notch. Gotta love that southern hospitality!!"
"I was at the 28th St. SE Kentwood MI. location by Sam's Club. This store has always been clean, organized and well stocked every time I go there. The manager is friendly, greeting customers and asking if they need help finding anything. There is more than enough parking (handicapped and standard). The restroom was clean and stocked. This one of my favorite Doklar Tree stores."
