"Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced at a large retailer! I wanted to order 5 pizzas for my team at work. I called the day before to place the order. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and said, "You can't do preorders and you are only allowed to order 5." I said, Ok, I will be there at 10 am, to place the 5 orders and pay for them. I arrived the next day at 9:55, the lady at the entrance was also very rude, and when I got to the café, the lady in back not only did not say Hi, the only thing she said was, "You can't order anything until 10". I said, Ok, I want to order 5 pizzas and she said, "Nope you can only do 3 and you have to wait until 10." Costco is so much better, I immediately called Costco and they were able to get me 12 pizzas within 45 minutes and always very friendly!"

"They don't have anything I need available in this store, it's congested and you can't move through it when there's people in there. I waited in line for 40 straight minutes just for them to tell me that I can't use my own membership. Go to Costco."

"**UPDATE: Please know that an associate from Sam’s Club contacted us and helped make a bad experience right. I was so impressed with their prompt responses and politeness!! Our problem was solved, thank you Sam’s Club!*** We bought our annual top prime rib cut for Christmas dinner at the Sam’s Club in Kentwood MI. We paid over $100, $17/lb, and it had GRIZZLE all the way through the middle of it!!! Not fat, but GRIZZLE!!! We have always bought our prime rib from here every year. Well, it seems as if they are charging the same high prices but provided a low quality prime rib. This is not just for dinner but also a gift from us to our family for Christmas, what an embarrassment and so disappointing!"

"Edit: Had a great phone conversation with the store manager and I'm confident this will be resolved. I will add that the store was neat and well stocked. Went in to check out the store and get a membership. I was shocked when the rude woman working at customer service began arguing with another employee about who was going to clean the bathroom. It was beneath both of them. Whatever. But to stop helping a new customer in order to argue??? And then to lie right to that woman's face? I would have fired her on the spot. I certainly hope I don't regret my decision to get a membership."

"I found everything I was looking for, and didn't have to wait in line using Scan-n-go. It's September 12th, and the Christmas decorations are already out. I guess they want you to make sure you have your tree before it snows."
