"Abra was excellent all-around. Both before, during and nearing completion of the repair, they were extremely communicative, responsive, and accessible. The repair entailed a number of challenges, chiefly some long lead times to obtain the necessary Tesla parts which created a 3 week-long repair time vs. what likely would've taken Abra 1.5-2 wells to complete otherwise. And, the repair timeline would have been longer still, since one of the parts remained backordered with an uncertain delivery date, had Abra and Managers Josh and Brian, not identified work-a-round options (a repair vs. replacement of the final part) to get me my vehicle sooner, without compromising quality. The overall finished vehicle, including paint and cosmetic repairs and alignment looked excellent. I felt extremely well served and grateful for the professionalism, expertise, and creative problem solving I encountered. Thank you for your hard work Abra team!"
