My car got broken into last night, which meant I had a busted out window that needed to be completely replaced. Everywhere else I looked was booked up and couldn't help me out until next week. West Michigan Auto Glass got back to me within minutes with a quote and told me that they could get it fixed for me TODAY! I can't tell you how much relief I felt. The person who set up my appointment was extremely friendly and informative. And Patrick, the technician who came to install my window, was also very friendly and got the job done so quickly!
