"Good service. But was way way off the mark on my battery testing because I had my mechanic checking and it was fine."

"No oil leak before the oil change. Got it home and noticed oil on the driveway. We drove it immediately back and we're told nothing they could do. This is the crazy part. During the initial oil change the tech started complaining about the drain plug being to tight and said to the other tech. "We got another one, look up on the computer and see who installed the plug on the last oil change" he then exclaimed "2nd one today." They tried removing the plug for over 20 min. Finally they were successful. Obviously a tech is not doing his job correctly. They will not take responsibility and I had to take my truck in to a mechanic to get it fixed properly. Stay away from this location."

"Been bringing our 3 cars here for years and have to finally say it’s time for another oil change place. Pictures are my oil filter after I got home the first, then the second time. The manager was good and took care of it, but boy I wish I hade the extra 1/2 hour( on top of the original 1/2 hour) and gas back that I spent having to go back in to have it corrected."

"Had an amazing experience with the gentlemen working Tuesday morning August 15. These guys had it locked down with great communication skills between eachother. They were very transparent and honest with the packages I could choose for service. Though I just got an oil change for today, I’ll be back for more service very soon!"

"Had my oil changed a few months back. Said they took my drain plug out and the threads were stripped. So they put in a piggyback plug. Everything seemed fine... Pulled the car out of the garage later and there is a fairy substantial oil leak on the floor. Peek underneath and it's coming from the new plug they put in. Drove it back, they said it hadn't been installed right. They made it so it didn't leak anymore, checked my oil level (didn't top it off because they said it was still full.... Tell that to my garage floor!), and sent me on my way with a discount coupon for the next change. Too bad that definitely won't cover the cost of the hour and a half of time I lost out on waiting for them to get me back in. Now, today, I try to change my oil myself again because I have the time. CANNOT get the plug out of the new piggyback. It's so tight! I tried sockets, end wrenches, crescent wrenches, tried hammering the handle of the wrench when it was on the plug.... Never budged. So, I feel like they created a problem (threads), solved it poorly (piggyback plug that leaked), and then fixed all that by just making it impossible to take off again. Very frustrated and surely never returning."
