Kevin was awesome, he kept me informed at all times and help me make good decisions on what the best move for me and my truck was. They truly are specialist and know the ins and outs of the duramax and the allison transmission."

"I have had my LML in their shop 2 times, and both needed some more advanced work done to it. The initial time I was given the name from other people in the business with a Duramax and since I needed engine work done, I went to the shop that specializes on this platform. The first time I had to have a coolant issue looked at and it ended up needing head gaskets replaced. While I had the truck in their shop there was constant communication between myself and the service writer. I was able to also get a CP3 installed, and they suggested a few other safeguards for the coolant system, and we proceeded from there. I will say that the turn around was on par with what I expected and although when I got the truck back 1 of the 2 alternators was not hooked up, I was able to remedy it quickly. The second visit the truck was at their shop for quite some time, but it was all down to GM Parts not their shop or parts. The truck had electrical gremlins that 2 other shops could not find and they where able to get the truck back to me. The report they send is nice to have on hand and a detailed overview of the Truck in their shop. The downside was I did get my truck back the first time with out 1 of the 2 alternators hooked up, and the second time when I initially received the truck back there was still error codes/electrical issues. The Alt is not a big deal I did have the engine out and major work done and since it had the other one in line nothing was really harmed. The second visit it was a little disheartening to get it back after a long wait and having lights on my dash still (DIC) but that may have come down to a miss-communication on both of our sides. Overall, I am very satisfied with the shop and they will continue to get business from me and I will let people know that if you have a Duramax in the area that they are the ones to beat."

"I called in about a year ago when trying to complete the ultimate lml build. A 2016. The sales lady SOLD me a transfer case that was not compatible. No big deal just ship back with our BOL for a full refund. WHAT A JOKE. The carrier they deal with or their own team dropped the heavy box and thus began our adventure... I have now been charged 1500$ I will never get back from suposidly the most reputable company in the game. I paid them to fix the part they knew not to sell me. They dont accpunt for thr markup they make and the 169$ Fed ex credit still has not gotten to me. 10 out of 10 would NOT recomend. Super disapointing. I tried being patient but tjis review was overdue. If you order online yes your fault if you call in and ask for a 2016 part then train your staff and call it learning. My learning dont trust Merchant Automotive"

"After 2 years of struggles and hardship we decided to not use them any longer. We recently found out that their computer system tagged our truck as having damage and reported it to carfax. The truck is in mint condition. It is very sad to have to write this. If anyone has anymore questions, reach out! Multiple mechanical failures and no responsibility taken. Almost like they are trying to act perfect and won't admit wrong because they want to seem perfect to the public. This is lies and deceit."

"Excellent products and service. I purchased the deluxe injector install kit, rubber fuel hose kit, cp3 install kit, and fender liner hardware kits for my lb7. Fully complete kits, the parts even come in labeled bags to make it easier!! I had to buy nothing to do the job other than engine oil and hose clamps for the rubber lines. (If your clamps weren’t rusty you’d reuse them anyways). The only thing I wish would have been better is including the clamps with the hoses/hose kits. Other than that, spectacular products and made the job easy. I would definitely purchase from them again. And Eric even took time out of his day to answer questions for me after hours when I was stuck, which not many owners do, and was very much appreciated."
