"Went to get my brakes checked out. It took twice the estimated time. They didn't fix a single thing, but broke lugs on the wheel and charged me 2 hours of labor to repair what they themselves broke, for a total of $176 bucks. They. Charged. For. Sh!t. They. Broke. Took the car to my old mechanic to get the car checked because I didn't trust these guys. 2 more lugs snapped after the guy at OK tire crossthreaded them. It took my mechanic 10 minutes to replace said bolts, and he didn't charge me for fixing stuff he broke. If you want to pay for slow nonexistent services, go there. Otherwise avoid."
