"My car was sent here by the dealership shortly after I purchased it for a transmission issue. It sat in the lot for over a month not getting worked on. I called directly and each time they gave me a different excuse. Once they had no record of the vehicle, another was that they were shorthanded and didn't have anyone to work on the car, another was that they were waiting on the warranty company to review the expenses. After almost two months the dealership had to intervene and I finally got my car back but received no paperwork on what was done to the vehicle.. less than a year later, my transmission is already leaking and needs to be flushed and resealed. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here to be repaired."
