"I purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy and paid for it to be delivered, set up in our rental , and the old refrigerator taken away. The first day that it was supposed to be delivered the renter emptied out the old one shoveled the driveway and sidewalk only to have them cancel the delivery for that day. They then set the delivery date for two days later. The renter emptied out the refrigerator again, and I came over and cleaned the driveway and sidewalk. We waited, and finally received a message that the truck broke down and the delivery was being charged again. Two days later. The renter was going away for the weekend so I went over, emptied out the refrigerator, this is the third time it’s been emptied out, cleaned up the driveway again as it had snowed. The delivery went fairly well, they soiled the carpet, and instead of removing the exterior door so the old refrigerator could be taken out, just busted off the handles to the refrigerator. They then informed me that they would not be taking the old refrigerator away, which I paid for, because there was not room on the truck. I went out and looked, there was plenty of room for the refrigerator, but it might have to be moved around at the next stop, and they didn’t want to do that. So, after paying to have it removed, they left it setting next to the house. They said that they would return to remove it the next day , two days at the most. Four days later it’s still setting in the yard next to the house. After repeated calls to Best Buy I’m told that the earliest they can remove it is in another week, further calls shortened it to 3 days. In the meantime, the renter has informed me that they may terminate the lease, as they do not want a damaged old refrigerator setting in the yard. So, I do not recommend purchasing anything that needs to be delivered as they use 3rd party delivery services, who are not reliable. Very bad experience. This seems to be a very common complaint."

"Was waiting in line with someone else no one ahead if us and no cashiers to help, 5 people in blue shirts by the entrance looking at us but none helping, a nice man saw us also and came over finally. Poor service with a horrible return policy, future not bright for best buy"

"Staff was fine, but I was assured an open box product had all its pieces, and wouldn't be an issue. However, it was missing a couple pieces (cords) and when I called and asked about it, I got told that there was nothing that could be done. Disappointing since they refused to offer any open box discount, because they claimed all the pieces were there."
