"Took vaacum in to get fixed The guy says well you can buy the part and fix it yourself or we can fix it. I said ok so I buy the part and also some bags. I said mmm i wonder how this comes apart... he shouts back well im certainly not going to show you! I said ok ill just go on u-tube and find out. If you don't want people fixing their own stuff then you shouldn't be selling the parts. What a jerk! Too bad.... been frequenting this place for years. "Bought a upright vacuum from them, wife decided a couple months later she wanted a additional wand tube to reach out farther when doing steps. She was told she should just go on line and find one. So that’s what she did, and will do that the next time we been another vacuum! We won’t darken there doors again, obviously they don’t need the business."

Their prices are as competitive as the box stores. The best of both worlds; good pricing and great service.
