"Brought a key in for a copy a couple of weeks back. When asked if we needed help we mentioned we needed a key copied and the employee actually sighed. He made key and when he was done he stated that, (paraphrasing) “idk if it’s going to work, I’m not that good at these! We were thinking, uh why not ask for help then? Fortunately it did end up working but just felt uncomfortable and like we were a burden on the employee the entire time for asking for a copy of a key. We went there as well to try to support locally! Make sure the person that’s qualified to make keys feels confident in it."
