"Want to give Kurt at Muffler Man in Ludington, a big heart-felt thank-you! The wrong part had been quoted and charged and shipped by the supplier and error found by Kurt once part received. Once the supplier notified Muffler Man was told an additional $2800.00 would be needed for correct part. Kurt went to bat for the customer UNTIL price reduced to "almost" original price. Nice to know that there are owners still willing to fight for their customers! Thanks again!!!!"
"Took the daughter's car there to help her get her exhaust fixed.. 1997 Toyota corrola. Curtis the manager gave me a quote. And I told him to go for it. Well there was a fuel line issue so he gave me another quote. Well all Said and done the car is perfect no fuel leaks and no loud exhaust for my daughter and granddaughter...they went above and beyond all expectations and I can't thank them enough. 100 % use this place."
