"John in Ludington store was a huge help today; quite a salesman too! I came in for 2 bags of.pellets & jerky for the dogs. I left with 2 bags of pellets, dog jerky, chicken treats & a dog toy! John sold, toted & loaded it all. Thank you John, you made my errands a breeze."

"Found a mower for my dad for Fathers Day. Showed as available, so I contacted the store and had them send receipt invoice for mower and scheduled a pick up for Friday(6,234.99). Drive all the way to the Ludington location to be told they messed up and don’t have the mower. Completely ruined my Fathers Day and wasted a days worth of time and money driving for nothing. Very unorganized, said I would be getting a call and still have not received one. I felt blown off and treated as if I didn’t matter in the least. Worst experience trying to spend money in my life."

"Went in and bought something online since they didn't have it. When it arrived we picked it up started putting it to get her and found out we were missing parts called them at that same day to let them know and they said they would order the parts it's been over a month and I hadn't received the parts and they had no idea when they were coming in. I told them to return the item then since I'm not getting anywhere with it they put the money on a egift card that I'm not going to use because its 900 dollars on it and will probably expire before I can even find something to buy so they are ripping me off 1800 because I still have to pay the 900 on my credit card I used to buy the item if I can rate a zero I would"

"Very unhappy with our tractor supply I drove 25 miles and was at the store at 6:45 pm and they refused to fill my propane tank that was well within the 12 year expiration date all because they were clocking out in 15 mins, and the sad part is that I absolutely had to have propane for heat especially since it's almost Christmas in Michigan, and I'm thinking that they will be getting very little of my business and that's going to be a decent blow to them since I'm a traveling farm mechanic so I guess I'm off to Walmart to pay double to exchange a tank that probably won't be full, great but that's what I'll have to do to keep my family warm tonight."
