Yesterday I went in and bought a laptop (definitely not top notch just needed it to do a few things) and the three people who helped me find it said nothing except for checking me out. The computer didn’t do anything, it was awful. Today I came in to return it and Brad was there to help. He let me know that every one of those laptops gets returned within 2 weeks for the same issues (not one person told me this yesterday) he helped me pick one out within my budget, was extremely knowledgeable and had GREAT customer service!! Thanks again, Brad you deserve a big raise!"

"I bought an iPhone screen protector from Amazon, and for a few weeks, I struggled to get my phone to respond! Then I went to Best Buy on Holland’s North Side, which changed my life! I bought a ZAGG screen protector that has a lifetime warranty. For less than 40 bucks, I got a great screen protector, which is replaceable if it ever breaks, and the Best Buy staff put the screen protector on my device. Best deal in town! All the employees I spoke to at Best Buy were super friendly and helpful. A great experience! Oh, they keep your information on file, so if you ever need a replacement… they look you up by your phone number! Easy!"

"First time I ever used curbside pickup. Simple and easy to use. Definitely going to use it again. I purchased a JBL partybox 110. As always was truly impressed. Yes you pay more money for it but the only one in my personal opinion that will come close to this is Bose which is a lot more money. Word of caution, you will have your neighbors pi**** and the police will be called if you are not careful. For a small speaker it is astonishing for what it delivers. The base is ridiculous. You can control the Bass from your phone on the app as well as the speaker. You can also control the DJ effects and the light effects from your phone as well. Or you can keep it simple . Karaoke voice effects microphone guitar plugin it's truly nuts what this speaker delivers! Oh yeah obviously Bluetooth. Lastly I had a difficult time rationalizing spending over $400 on a speaker. But now worth every penny and Best buy will back it with their geek squad protection. And yes it to comes with an simple-to-use app as well.
