"I had a breakdown on I-75 while driving downstate and ended up being towed to Ed's shop. The car was beyond repair so my two kids and I ended up hanging out at Ed's all day while waiting to get picked up. Ed went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even kept the shop open late for us while we were waiting for a ride from downstate. He later gave me a straightforward assessment of what it would take to repair the car. Turns out it wasn't worth fixing, but Ed kept it on his lot and put me in contact with the scrapyard there in Gaylord. So while I can't comment on Ed's professional skills, I will say that the way he treated me and my kids while we were having a tough day was really above and beyond. I'm a small business owner too, and I really appreciate this level of customer care and attention. If I lived around Gaylord, Ed would be my mechanic."
"I went here and the communication was very slow at contacting me when something was needed and over priced me and on top of all that I picked it up from him and he told me you have a gas leak and I started thinking and he didn't fix what he did so I will not be recommending this mechanic to anybody."
