Richard the pharmacist is extremely helpful and so are Austin and the lady pharmacist. I do not care for James, the pharmacist, he ALWAYS makes me feel uncomfortable, when I pick up my pain medicine! I never ask for it sooner that the time, he questions me as if I'm an addict and in the store everyday asking for pain meds. I have NOT EVER experienced that ANYWHERE! He does not belong at this pharmacy, where all the other employees are nice, helpful and Always concerned about how a person is doing! "Long post alert!! Went in on a Monday to get a quote on tires. A gentleman helped me, found me a beautiful Goodyear all weather tire at a really good price. However, he failed to mention that for installations, one would need an appointment. Fast forward to Friday, I went in really early to get the tires put on, was greeted by a young lady with purple hair, didnt get her name, really nice girl! She explained that I needed an appointment. My only problem was I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. No cars in the bays, not a soul in the lobby waiting. So if I have my card in my hand and the tires are in stock why can I not get tires put on at 7am? Make it make sense! I'm sure she saw my frustration because she offered every suggestion she could, even called the Petoskey location, but informed me that either way...walk ins are at least a 2 hr wait. I have to wait 2hrs and I'm the ONLY ONE HERE beside the employees? Needless to say they lost a customer. I left there and went to Discount Tire...was out in less than an hour with new tires and their lobby was about half full. Get it together Walmart. The 2 stars are for the girl with the purple hair. She was the bomb. Thank you for your help!"
