"If I could give zero stars I would!! I have been coming here for a couple yrs. I drive 30 minutes to come here and my matte top coat chipped I went back and didn’t want to risk the matte topcoat coming off again and didn’t like my color shiny so I asked for a diff color. I was NOT told I would be charged for this when I questioned the owner he said you got different color and I said yes and I explained to him why and he never said anything about costs and I already paid 57$ for a fill and they didn’t even last four days and I also did not get my atm charge back either. He went on to say you should’ve called me before coming! You pay! I will never step foot in this place again! Terrible customer service.."

"When I walked into the salon I showed the lady who would be doing my nails a picture I asked her if she could do them like this and she said yes. She told me that it was a matte polish and that she could do the stones. I wanted my own nails done no tips or add on nails just the design or close to . I watched her pull out the stones and the other beads that she needed to pull off the style and when she got halfway done she just stopped and said do you like these and I agreed yeah they’re nice thinking that she was going to continue to do the design and she’s like OK I’m done. I told her this is not the style and it’s missing detail and she told me that no the other nails were just long when she definitely didn’t finish and still charge me $65 for basically a shellac polish in a few stones. I agreed to the $65 to the design not what she did . But I paid . No fuss but thought I’d leave a review so others don’t get played. It’s okay to say no I can’t do that . I left and went to pay another $50 somewhere else . What I wanted and what I i got .. pics attached . Needless to say I won’t be back . I felt like she knew she played me ."

"I’ve been getting my nails done here for a while because I can go whenever it’s convenient. They do walk ins and I rarely have to wait very long. I’ve gotten designs and plain nails, I’ve gotten just a regular gel manicure and gel tips/fills and I’ve never been disappointed. I know there are reviews people leave after a single experience not being amazing but I’ve witnessed the staff working together and bending over backwards for clients to give them the nails they want. I’ve seen people come in with attitude and they handle it with grace. Things won’t always be perfect in life but you can tell they always do their best and listen to their clients. 10/10 recommend.
