"My 10 year old daughter and I usually go to sephora. They are great with her there and very helpful. Today they did not have the item My daughter was looking for so we decided to go to Ultra store number 475. When at the store My daughter usually goes her own way looking for products and I go look for my own stuff. She found a bubble cream and wanted to see what it looked like so she pulled it out of the box and was quickly told by an associate she could not do that so she put it back in the box. At that time I step over into the aisle My daughter was in and helped her pick what she wanted. Then she stayed in that aisle still looking while I walked to the next aisle to look around. Then I hear someone rudely tell my daughter you need to be where your parent is. My daughter is 10 and in middle school, she is new to exploring the world of makeup and beauty and they were treating as if she was trying to steal something from the store. Sephora never treats her this way and we will never be back to ulta every again. I bought the products my daughter wanted from there today but nothing for myself because I refuse to spend my money in a store that treats a 10 yr old Lil girl like a theif."
