"The worst experience ever! This is the last time I’m going there. I went there for removing gel nails polish and my nails are naturally long and I don’t need acrylic! And the guy who’s doing my nails kept saying that these are fake acrylic nails and i said these are my natural nails I promise he kept arguing and calling everyone to come and check and he Ruined my nails in the Process of removing the gel polish and he was doing it harsh I’m really rough on my nails and When he was done I want to pay and the other guy Said that I’m not going to charge you for the acrylic nails I’m only gonna charge you for it’s fine you can pay for a normal Nailss when I told him they are my nails they’re not acrylic . They are the worst!"

"I went to get a regular manicure and shellac pedicure today. Usually they provide good service. But that wasn't my experience today. Pedicure went well. Manicure was a real nightmare. The nail tech did not soak my hands first just start drilling. The dipped my hands in the water before clipping my cuticles. I got white polish. I noticed it was bubbles throughout the polish as it was drying and streaks of red. I asked the nail tech to apply another coat to cover the imperfections. It was so thick and bumpy I just asked him to remove it. The one lady came over they started speaking their language about my service. When I tried to speak they just kept talking and completely disregarded me. She motioned like it was my fault for bumping my hands. At that point I no longer wanted to be service. He asked me to wash my hands and did not even offer lotion or oil for my cuticles. White paint was still one my nails and fingers. It wasn't a towel or paper towel at the sink to dry my hands. And of course they charged the regular price for a terrible service. I truly feel robbed. Very disappointed. Will not be back. I Do not recommend."
