"Been going here for years. Unfortunately today was the last time. The last 4 times I have gone here, I was able to actually get a hair cut only once. One time they were "too busy" , make an appointment (despite the sign on the door saying walk ins welcome.). second time note taped to the door "sorry, our stylists had to go home" Today at 5 PM there was one stylist cutting a customers hair and one doing nothing. But they decided that they were closed despite their posted closing time of 7PM. Seems like Rachel is the only person there who actually wants to work."

"Marissa is very kind and caring! I had complicated request for my hair dye and she went above and beyond for me. She exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. My case: I have virgin black-brown hair. Quite a few greys were showing and I just didn't want to dye all of my hair, but couldn't stand seeing my white hairs either. She had the great idea to exactly match my natural hair color and weave through the crown of my head for the greys and dye those. She went section by section and wrapped them in foils making sure to catch my greys. After that she gave me trim and a beautiful blowout. I have never been to a chain hair salon like this and was always picky about finding a great (usually high-end) hair salon, yet still being disappointed. Marissa went beyond my expectations and I will definitely be back!"
