"Customer service was non existence. No one approached us to ask if we needed any help. We were in the store for at least 10 minutes and got nothing. I bought a swim suit there years ago I guess the person that waited on me then no longer works there. Won't be back the service sucked."
"They sell good durable swimsuits and other swimming supplies year around. My daughters swim competitively so they are one of the few in store suppliers where you can try on suits because different brands fit differently. The customer service kind of sucks though. I only go here when I must."
"The staff was super helpful. The found my daughter a great pair of goggles and accessories for them, allowed her to try them on to make sure that they fit. They adjusted them for a perfect leak free seal, and taught her how best to wear them. All in under 10 minutes."

I had the pleasure of working with Chris, a store manager, in order to produce t shirts and swim caps for the dedication ceremony of the Salem pool to Charles E Olson, who retired after 46 years of coaching at Salem. Salem swimming has always had a strong working relationship with Different Strokes, and it was easy for me to appreciate why. Chris was conscientious, extremely knowledgeable and professional through every step of producing our merchandise, communicating deadlines and delivering amazing results while giving me valuable advice along the way. I will be forever grateful for the experience that helped enhance such a special event for me, my teammates, and my incredible coach. Thank you!"
