"Went to purchase a gift certificate. Nice selection of gift cards. One of the gift cards could be used at their sister stores. As I looked through the merchandise, I inquired about petite sizes. They are available per special order. Didn't ask if the cost would be more. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Regarding the fitting room, a chair was offered to my husband. He was seated in the center of the fitting rooms. No doors, just curtains."
"The worst customer service I have ever had. The guy just hung the phone up when I was saying every time that I call to ask about my refund, I hear a different story. Now he said that what I did was wrong, and I need to wait 5 weeks to see if the store sends them the sweater that I sent back due to quality issues. Your customer service team doesn't care about your customer's business. Well beyond disappointed about this situation."
