"I had a terrible experience at Francesca and multiple branches especially this location. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and keep changing the prices of the outfits without giving any explanation. They support and each other their lies and make the consumer look like liars. I would never go back to Francesca even if they give any items free. I wish they close down permanently."
"I walked in this evening around 645 looking for a stretchy belt to go with a work outfit. I walk in and was not greeted. I figured once the two girls were done finishing their sentence they would greet me. No such luck. I wandered around the store for 20 minutes and was not once asked what I was looking for or if I needed any help. Two customers did come in and both were greeted. But the entire time the two employees were talking about their lives and using their phones. I eventually just left and when I walked out they finally acknowledged me. I don't spend money at stores that don't even acknowledge me. If I'm not worth the time to get off your phone then I will not shop here again."
