"Our driver Jordan who services Concentra always provides exceptional service. He is always professional, polite and always goes above and beyond to make sure the facility has the proper supplies and quantity on hand to maintain proper usage. We have never had a supply and demand issue with Jordan as our driver. He always touches base before finishing the stop to make sure the facility is all set. Would definitely recommend Jordan great customer service, friendly personality and gets the job done !"

"Our driver Josh is awesome. This is not a review about him. The customer service staff doesn't know what they are doing. We have to call at least 2 times for anything we need. Changes we ask to be made are never done. Most of the time they pass us around to other reps. We have 2 locations for our company and the communication between the locations is a joke. They claim that the systems are not connected and that's why nothing is ever right. If that's is the case your company should consider changing that. Once our contract is complete we will go to another company."
