"This family dollar is by far my favorite. The store is always clean, things are in there place and the staff are willing to drop everything and help. The manger there is fantastic I think she needs a raise. By far on of the hardest working mangers I have ever met. They are following covid precautions. Today I was able to get balloons and I felt at ease. I wish all the family dollars could be as good as our hart location. I wish they would receive more positive feedback and encouragement from customers. Those ladies and gents there works so hard. Thank you for being a great place to come. I highly recommend shopping there."

"I spend a lot of time and money clipping and using coupons... And anyone who does coupons know you can use them on already discounted items. Well today this woman working was so rude and refused to sell me an item AFTER she rang it up and applied the coupon! It all worked there was NO reaon NOT to make the sale. For anyone working you really need to read your hand book. This really made me mad and i will not come back to this store."

"More rude customer service worker's than nice workers. The management doesn't have a clue what they're doing and aren't given any space to fix a problem Orr make something right to satisfy a customer and try to get them to keep returning to their store...if it weren't for their digital coupons and good sales, I DEFINITELY wouldn't set foot inside the HART Family Dollar EVER again."
