"Delicious beer here. Great variety, including sours. Right off the interstate. Our bartender was very friendly. They ID everyone, so remember your driver license. My favorite beer was the hatch chile cream ale, it had a great spice to with with lots of pepper flavor. Chips and hatch chile queso were great as well."
"If you're anywhere near Saugatuck & like beer, don't think, just stop here. You won't regret it! Every beer in our flight was delicious, staff was amazing, food was great. Love the atmosphere & all the decor. Great indoor space & a dog-friendly patio. One of my favorite breweries I've been to in a while!"
"We didn't have a lot of time so we only tasted 4 but everything we tasted was delicious. Normally I complain about the GFS pretzel bites but this time they were heated correctly and the cheese was DELICIOUS!"
"The Guardian is a great little brewery in a very cool setting. They've done an amazing job over the last couple of years creating a beautiful little space and gorgeous patio. Combine the physical elements with the extremely friendly and attentive staff and you have a place you'll visit again and again. As a brewery of course delicious beer is top of the menu list but they also have a full bar and a wonderful menu. Plenty of options to choose from and tons of vegetarian and vegan alternatives."
"The beer is very average. I got a flight and was under impressed. This makes our 175th brewery so I feel like we are a pretty good judge of beer based on different styles. We did not try the food since we read reviews and didn't want to take a chance. Our server was very nice and we liked the taproom. We thought the light on the table that you change to red when you want service was a really clever idea. Back patio is dog friendly and they have a tent but if it's raining there is not a covered awning from the door to the tent."
