The sync would not let them update using 4 different ways, he had to call the ford hot line, they decided it was time for a new unit. He called me to tell my part was in, set it up for the next day. "2018 F-150 KR 3.0 L Diesel Problems were correctly diagnosed and repaired. Had to wait a few weeks for parts, but that seems to be endemic these days. When the parts were obtained, the repair was completed quickly. So far, after a few weeks, everything seems to be working fine. I would use Bill Marsh Ford Kalkaska again."
