"I wish I could put 0 stars Ridiculous! Cannot talk to a human being. I made a return at the Lakeside Store AND paid my account in full at the same time. I asked 2 times if the credit for the return was taken off my bill before the balance was paid and was assured that it was.... IT WAS NOT! Now trying to get ahold of a live person to take care of this....NO ONE is answering!! NEVER shop at this store! We will be closing both our accounts."
"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My sister was doing returns and an exchange and I was watching my 2 year old niece for her. I worried how the staff would react to my niece’s enthusiasm and interest in their displays, but everyone was very nice and generous. My sister was assisted promptly and she was able to find her exchange. And the checkout person was very understanding when my niece ran behind their counter and I had no choice but to follow! There’s also a Starbucks and you can be sure I got a pick-me-up!"
"I bought a footwear from this shop (Macy’s Lakeside New Orleans) on Friday 13th October from the sales part. I was told no returns after purchase and then the lady packed two right legs. I felt scammed out of 30.26 USD especially as I really needed the footwear. The person that packed the footwear knew it was two right legs. I even mentioned that I won’t be returning because I was going to Africa where I came from. I would have preferred to write to someone than leave a negative review but unfortunately there is no contact us details."
