"Employee Amy=trash! Calling me a pest, threatening to call the police for simply asking her to search a style number for a HK blanket (that they allow the employees to keep for themselves in the back room) my daughter wants for Xmas, in the register that wasn’t even in use when I walked in, like she claimed over the phone.. simply because she’s a POS and a liar, don’t know customer service obviously. Find a new job AMY!! I’m so happy I was on the phone with corporate haha!!! They heard you and they’ll be taken care of this! Merry Christmas!!!! Also witnessed a man walk out with 20 pairs of shoes, alarms going off and everything sat in my car watching to see if police came, NOPE! Had a lady following me around the store begging me to buy her kids stuff the employees did nothing, got to the register asking why they allow this, the lady even went up to the register asking if her kid could have candy he wanted and they didn’t make her leave or anything!"
"The service is good and its a huge shop. You can buy a decent winter coat for as low as $40.00 and as expensive as $150.00. The only problem is its hard to walk here because a lot of stuff is fallen (or placed) on grounds. Also, you don’t get to have a lot of choices on winter jackets. My roommate had a hard time finding a M size jacket with the color of his choice. Its in good and much safer part of city so you can come here late in evening. If you ever get hungry, you can anytime go to the food stores a few meters away from the shop."
"Burlington may have good prices but I rather pay twice as much to go into a clean store. The amount of clutter and disorganization is not just from today this is months in the making. Hire more employees. Treat your customers with respect. They deserve to have affordable and clean environment to do so in. Shame on you BURLINGTON."
