"I used to come here to sell and shop at this store. Sometimes it’s easy and sometimes it takes a little longer but i would still enjoy being here. Now the last couple times i’ve come here the owner is here. She has really offended me by telling me as a bin shopper basically i’m not a priority over others rather i come to the store first or not. She told me because i thrift as a business me selling to her store is not for me it’s for teens. She has been very rude to me the last couple times and blaming it on cooperate. I even went as far as telling her i only brought in 1 bag and a half so it wouldn’t be so much and she still complained. As a business neither you want to accept someone’s business or not it’s not to make them feel awful because you’re the owner."
"Person told me they can’t be in bags but was annoyed because I said not true. 2 minutes later I get a message saying my clothes were done, that they were too old. 1/4 of them had tags on it, called her on it and she said she saw one stain on a shirt so once they do, they do not have time to look at the rest."
"I go through quite a bit of expensive clothing quite often for work and just in everyday life and try to keep up with stylish trends. It is always nice having this place to turn to as a way of getting some money from them when it's time to retire them. Whatever they don't buy I just take to the thrift store. At times I have gotten close to $100! Staff is always very friendly and this location is much nicer and cleaner than others."
