Shirtasaurus

"Update: It took a while but Customer Service did get back to me and tried looking into my order. Unfortunately they weren’t able to find my original order but they did give me a refund and let me choose another shirt. I really appreciate their wonderful customer service! Because of that, I changed my negative review and I will consider ordering from them again. Thank you for all of your help! I ordered a shirt in January, after the tracking showed up I kept checking on the status and it was still in the same spot and hadn’t moved. After a couple of weeks, I checked again and it still hasn’t moved! I sent an email to customer service asking about my order and they haven’t responded which is why I’m writing this review. Maybe a negative review will get their attention. The shirt was supposed to be a gift. I ordered it ahead of time but now it’s not going to be here in time, if it even shows up at all. I’m not happy with them and would like a refund."

"My shirt arrived today after about a two day wait…so speedy. The shirt is high quality and the art work is perfect. Daniel Johnston is my favorite artist and am saving up to purchase his jeans!!!this company is first class just like their products!"

"Awesome! I must make it known that I was a winner of some prizes in a shirtasaurus giveaway about 2 months ago, but I purchased items from shirtasaurus like anyone else would. I was shipped my prize with my order as a random daily winner which is why I felt it was fair to reach out and offer up a review, but with that said... I really liked the quality of the items I purchased. The prints have lasted multiple washes and no issues, and even the shirts have held up which is rare among t shirt sites these days. Shirtasaurus use name brand stuff vs the random cheap stuff other sites use which I assume is the reason for the quality being great. One of the last few sites that offers american apparel, big plus for that in my book. I also enjoy all the customer fanfare like stickers and buttons they ship in the orders as free extras. Shipping was reasonable in speed. I got my items 8 days after I ordered using the free shipping option. I had to exchange a hoodie for a larger size and the exchange was also simple and without problems. Overall 2 thumbs up from this guy for this site."
