"I don't buy tons of sports memorabilia so I have nothing to compare it to but this place is so incredibly expensive! It had lots of options for lots of teams, but I could never justify paying those prices. I ended up going to meijer and finding similar options for a fraction of the price."

"Went to this location for the first time today to find some Lions gear and they had everything! Lots of variety in different colors, styles, and sizes. They are pricey, hoodies are like $60+, hats $30+, shirts $40+ so keep that in mind. They have all Detroit sports here and a nice U of M section as well so check it out! The cashier was friendly too so I will be back!"

"1 star is too generous for this store and this company. I went to do a return for a Christmas gift. I presented the associate with the actual gift receipt for the items I wanted to return. The associate didn’t do the return as a gift return and returned the value of the gifts to the original card who bought the gift. There was no asking of how I wanted the return. They simply said just call customer service, nothing we can do. The transaction already took place and was in the system. There was no apology, sorry for the inconvenience. Just indifference. This is even after I said I would take a store credit. An associate mistake led to me getting basically robbed. And customer service was also less than helpful. This is not the way to do business."

"If I can't find what I'm looking for in downtown Detroit I often come here and get some nifty finds. They have tremendous customer service. The only downfall about this place is that they don't have very many sales because of their small overhead. Because of that you end up paying full retail price."

"I purchased a hoodie in Xl. 2 days later I tried hoodie on decided I needed a large instead. Tags still on item. Went into store presented clerk with my bag and told her I needed a large instead of Xl purchased. Clerk says you need receipt to exchange an item. I said really??? Just for a different size?? She says yes. I said the tags are still on the item I purchased it 2 days ago. Still in rallyhouse bag with rallyhouse tags on item. I ask for manager. She said yes, you need a receipt to exchange an item. Wow! So if you get a gift and it’s not correct size and you have no gift receipt or receipt then you won’t get an exchange. I ended up looking up my credit card transaction that showed 2 days from current day purchased. Showing 2 days previous. Then the staff looked up my receipt then exchange my item. Also I was only one at register. When I left there were 5 impatient looking customers looking wondering what’s the hold up. All for a hassle for a receipt to do a simple size exchange. Took 15 mins when it could have been a 30 sec transaction. You’re web says item should be able to be exchanged without receipt as long as tags are on item and still new and not smelly. None of that because I just purchased and took home. Tried on 2 days later took off a returned to exchange. Store manager and staff needs re training for exchanges for future knowledge. I’ll go to the Livonia location until this is addressed at this location. Thank you."
