"Drive through only, no way to get them when they are hot and fresh - even though they have Hot and Fresh hours listed on the website. Donuts tasted dry and hard, even with glaze, icing, and sprinkles."
"I ordered the new M&M's special donut box via the app, and the ordering and pickup process was smooth and easy. However, the chocolate frosted M&M donut (below center) only had three M&M's actually topping it, barely registering that there were any there at all. The others were good, though. Additionally, the app strangely didn't include an option to order iced coffee without any milk. I included in the "special requests" portion to please make it black with no milk, but it still came with milk despite. For me, it's just a taste preference, as opposed to an allergy, but between the app and the store, that's an issue that should be addressed."
"The staff was very nice and patient. The line was out the door. It smells so good! I could work here for free glazed donuts. Love the cute mini donuts for the spring season. This is a drive-thru location that makes fresh donuts in plian view. Clean and good customer service."
