Biggby Coffee

"I was looking for a nice place to study and I remembered that this location had a dine-in area. It's been quite some time since I've used the lobby at this location and after my recent experience, I don't have intentions on coming back. To start off, the girl that took my order seemed as if I was a bother when ordering. The girl that actually prepared my drink was fast and efficient. After I was given my order, I turned to look for a table to sit at. All the tables were covered in crumbs and drink stains. The entire lobby just looked dirty. I sat down and luckily I had Lysol wipes in my bag to clean off the table and chair. As I was cleaning the table, I had realized all the crumbs and food under the table on the carpet. I was definitely second guessing my choice at this point. I popped my earbuds in to help me concentrate on my work and through the noise cancelling, I could still hear how loud the staff was being. Nearly 2.5 hours of constant yelling across the kitchen from one to the other. At one point, the store had milk delivered by what I assumed was a delivery service & the delivery service driver took it among themselves to use two chairs from the lobby to prop the doors open. Once they were done with the delivery, the chairs were not put back (not the staffs fault) and cold air was just blowing through the lobby for about a good 20 minutes before an employee finally realized and closed the doors. (It's winter, how did the employees not realize the doors were wide open for that long?) The staff spent most of the time talking and eating when clearly, the lobby needed a good cleaning. Also, this location does not have a public restroom. What food establishment has a dine-in area and no public restroom? By the look of the lobby, I'm sure no one wants to clean the restroom either and that is what led them to make the decision of having a private restroom. It just doesn't make sense. I enjoy BIGGBY coffee but unfortunately, this location left a bad impression on me, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone."

"The girls that work here make my day every single time I see them! They are friendly, caring, and really great at what they do! They pay attention and always make my drinks/food orders exactly as ordered. There are other Biggbys in the area but I will always go to this one because the experience with the staff is like none other! Sarah, Talia, Cameron and the rest of the staff there are incredible!!"

"Poor consistency day to day for drink preparations, some days being no flavor some days being too much. However, lately all the drinks seem to be under flavored. There's really no reason for this since all the drinks have a recipe and with just the amount called for in the recipe they tend to be heavy on flavor. Also, seems like they are leaving the sweet foam out on the counter allowing it to get warm and runny."

"My daughter is in town visiting from Nevada and does not have Big B coffee so we stopped. She loves the breakfast bagel and the teddy bear frozen coffee drink. Everything was made correctly. The inside was very nice and clean and they had a very friendly staff and employees."
