"Onion rings had batter powder in them. The girl that served our food was rude. I understand she was not our waitress, but she had no clue about the order and what was requested and was firm in telling us she was not our waitress. It was not that busy, but we hardly saw her."

"Never will go we go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodhaven again! My wife and I went to go to lunch there and due to my gastric bypass almost 3 years ago I have been told to order off the kids menu. The waitress came back to our table after going to her manager and said that i couldn't order that. So i went to the manager and asked. The waitress was over to them in 10 seconds and as soon as I explained it he was told to "prove it". In 3 years I have never had a problem anywhere. So disappointed. I guess they don't want the business. update: The general Manager Scott just told me what give you the right to order of kids meal because you are not kid. I have told my managers to stop all Adults from ordering kids meal. So some one who has gastric bypass can order a whole meal and can only eat certain amount. So you are dening some with a medical issue and has a card for it. So now i have been humiliated the General Manager and the Manager on Duty on saturday. I will pass this on through social media this how you treat people with bariatrics."

"My husband and I went here for lunch and it was the worst experience we’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered an appetizer with chips and queso and asked for new chips because the first batch was burned. We asked our waitress for more chips and she brought out another burned batch. I asked another waitress and they finally brought out a decent looking tray but very salty. The person who brought them out was reluctant to be helpful. Then, we ordered tenders for our daughters. They brought those out and they were raw and smelled like bleach cleaner. We asked for them to be remade because our kids are little and needed to eat. This took them 20 mins to bring out three little chicken tenders so they didn’t have to go on just cold tater tots. It would be one thing if they were busy but the restaurant was full of empty tables. My husband used to run restaurants and we both know it’s not that hard. I complained to a manager and when I said it wasn’t his fault, his response was “ I know.”He proceeded with no empathy and gave me a $15 gift card for next time, which there won’t be one. Lazy staff and bad food, don’t waste your money and go somewhere else"

"Food quality has dropped over the year. But, still on my family's list of places to go. The staff is also always super friendly and love to joke around. Makes the visit nice. Especially when I had an cranky Lil one."

"Bdubs for the win! My server was very attentive and sweet. And the food was bomb. It's been years since I ate at a bw3 and I was very happy with the whole experience."
