"Over 3 dollars for a large hot chocolate and i get what looks like a small cup asked girl if this was a large she laughed and said yes stop ripping off ypur customers wont be back."
"Ordered a medium white mocha latte, received.. Whatever this almost half empty cup is. It tasted like straight espresso and I ended up dumping it out at home. I would have asked for a refund but I didn't want to go all the way back to the store. I can't believe I paid almost $8 for this (2 extra shots) Really disappointed. I am so sick of Starbucks but I guess I'll have to keep going there."
"As a regular rewards earning member, it was disappointing that on the day of my visit here, I was not greeted, overlooked nd treated indifferent even though I was the only customer in the store at the time."
"Got a coffee and a suspicious looking breakfast sandwich for my girl. Gave her some crazy liquid diarrhea later in the day and she wouldn't let me dome her up because of it. This on top of them never including the extra espresso shot I ask for even after charging me for it means I'm never returning."
