"Nice but weird that we can’t go inside the store at 9am. I have to stand outside and wait for the employees to bring my mobile order drink out… It is cold as heck outside. And I have no way to contact them and tell them that my drink is ready."
"Place my order, was not ask name for the order,which was the first time. how ever after placing my order went and sat, after 5 minutes, I see other people that came after me got they order already, so I decided to go up at the counter, saw a coffee there, the attendant totally ignored me, just because I also order a ham and swiss croissant, that I saw laying on the other side of the counter, I assume that was my order since no one other customer was around waiting."
"I work in Romulus but frequent many Starbucks locations. I have NEVER had as much consistency or speed at any other location! I have never gotten the wrong order, and my coffee is already ready within minutes of placing a mobile order, regardless of their busy mornings."
"I had the chai tea and my partner had a non-fat latte. There were 6 employees and no customers in front of us in the store but our order of 2 drinks still took more than five minutes. The drive-thru was clearly the store’s priority. However, once they were made, our drinks were very yummy!"
