"A first for me at McDonald's, every single item in my order had something wrong with it. It took 25 minutes to prepare it, and I was the only person standing in the dining room at 8p on a Saturday night. When I asked them to fix my order, I gave up after waiting an additional 15 minutes and left."
"I order on the mobile app and tell them my code get the the food window and there are 4 cars pulled up to bring out their order. With no cars in the actual line waiting for their food. I understand they have a speed of service working fast food as a teenager, but what is the point of pulling them up seems like cheating the system to me. It's like they have a 3 window system instead of 2. They have a pay window and pull forward window."
"We went through drive thru for shamrock shakes and nuggets. The employee that took our order was polite, and we got our food fast and the order was correct. Great location! Just hate to see McDonald’s prices getting higher and higher, but that’s a corporate issue, not an issue specific to this location."
"Order 2 hamburgers with NO Onions They make me 2 hamburgers with No onions and No pickles and wrapped it in the yellow cheeseburger wrappers with mustard and ketchup all over the buns If fast food wants more money they should get the simple order correct. Just sad because this has been the 3rd time eating here. Each time I went there the order was screwed up."
