BurritoBar Fresh Mexican Grill

"01-12-24-Bought a 2 spicy chicken burritos and an Extreme fry. All the food was great. The portion size of the fry was small compared to places like "The Taco Stand" and "Chipotle" for the price. The customer service is good, but the soft spoken staff needs to speak louder. I could barely hear answers to the questions I asked and I repeatedly had to ask him to speak louder. This goes for both staff members who both spoke politely but barely above a whisper. The Wall menu and take-out menu needs more detail. The sauces and toppings on placards around the store need to be included on the actual menu. If I'm at home contemplating what to order before I arrive it would be nice to know, "What actually is an Extreme Fry?, What toppings do you have to offer?, What sauces are available to choose from?" This would help when ordering to know before arriving or while standing in line awaiting your turn to order it would quicken your customer line. Aside from that I will be returning as it's close by and opens early. A little pricey, but the food is very good."

"The concept is just like Qdoba or any other build your own burrito. They had a decent amount of toppings. Prices are a little high but the food is good. I ordered the crispy chicken bowl with fries. As you can see, I got a good amount of toppings. For the price, I feel more chicken should be included but it is what it is. Everything was very good. Including the fries, which were actually fried perfectly. They had a wonderful crunch and were salted well. My wife ordered the grilled chicken bowl and fries. She was pleased enough with her order that she said she wouldn't mind visiting this joint again. Overall, I would say that this joint is worth at least a visit to try once."

"Great customer service, the staff always greets each customer as they walk-in. Pure good energy with speaking with all the staff here. Genuine conversations each time. I’m on a plant-based diet myself and like to order the large Veggie Ground burrito. It’s SUPER GOOD BTW!!! My cousin had the chicken quesadilla and enjoyed it as well. All the food is prepared in front of you if you’re that type of doubtful person. So, no worries there! The store is always very clean, well-lit, spacious, and smells great. The professionalism and communication is greatly appreciated each visit. Thank you all!"

"Unfortunately, this will be my first and possibly last time eating at this location. Why? Because the 2 young fellas that work the station to fix food need a lesson in customer service. Walking into an establishment and they are on their phones, not very helpful and seemed annoyed when I asked questions seeing this was my first time there. The older man that works the register is very kind , however he needs to have a talk with those young men. My food was ok but the price is nice comparing to other chains. I hope those young men get a customer service lesson. Overall, I’ll give this establishment a 6 out 10. Cleanliness 8 Food prep station 7 Customer Service 4 Price 8 Food 7 I got the mild chicken bowl and chicken quesadilla. Customer Service is so important."
