"Went in to get a pedicure, the girl that works there does not know how to polish nails. All my nail edges were not painted and when I asked her to fix it she added too much paint and clear! Won’t be coming back here. 61 dollars down the drain. No good customer service at all. Safe your self the time and money! Definitely don’t recommend. Smh"

"While the nail technician was prepping my nails for a shellac manicure, she ended up cutting the lower cuticle on my thumb. It was a decent sized cut and bled a lot. She ended up putting my finger in an anti-septic solution. However, the solution dyed my thumb blue. She told me it would wash off (my finger is still blue). When I went to wash my hands at the salon, the wound opened back up and it was bleeding everywhere. She apologized but I thought there might be some kind of discount. She had cut me pretty good and my finger was still bleeding as I was about to head out of the salon. When I asked if there would be a slight discount because of the cut, she said no and proceeded to charge me the full price. My thumb looks pretty rough and I had some issues with the nail color as well. Pretty unhappy considering I thought customer service would be better."

"I'm not sure how I feel about my dip powder nails. I want to like them & I do like the color. I had 2 short fingernails & tips were added to add 4 tips. After the technician started filling, she suggested that all nails should be tips. I agreed. But the first 2 were already cut too short. This is what I ended up with..different lengths. It was $45.00 + $1.50 credit card fee??? Never charged a fee anywhere else +tip First time, not sure if I'll go back, already feeling they look kinda silly, like I should file them. (I don't mind shorter, but should be a little closer in length). She did take her time & maybe if we would have added all the tips at the start, they would look better. Showed Lac my nails before I left, he didn't say he needed to fix them, until I wrote the review. I had already spent an hour having them done ( this was just before Labor Day) no extra time! Just do it right the first time!"

"I had an amazing experience here! The staff was super friendly and the salon was very clean. This was the most attentive manicure I’ve ever received and the result looks great and were exactly what I asked for! I would recommend sky nails any day!"

"Nina did my nails & did a wonderful job especially since I was the last customer of the night! This was my first time there, but I will definitely be back. Great price, worked with me on what I wanted, & a full set + pedi took maybe 1.5 hours. Very clean & friendly."
