"I’ve been in the wellness and beauty industry for 22 years. This company is disorganized and lost my appointment. Rude that time, then I had an appointment didn’t have their number programmed and got caught up in traffic with 5 construction detours coming from Belding. Peggy called me to tell me I was late and should’ve called. I said I’m driving I didn’t think I was going to be late. I was in their driveway and 10 min late she said I forfeited my groupon. Asked to talk to the office manager, she said she won’t be in until Monday. This was a Thursday. Asked for the Doctor to call me, she said she’s not in until Monday. It 5 on a Thursday. Dr Gullochi returns my call on Wednesday, I could hear she was driving and a bit testy. I was beginning to tell her my experience, she stopped me and said this isn’t a good fit just cancel your Groupon and hung up on me. I wasn’t rude at all on any of my phone calls or when I showed up when they lost my appointment the first time. I was rather positive and understanding. I would like to share my experience and that I Visaalus seen this is in a auto repair building, sharing the building, it’s rather a very weird mix. The office was needing some cleaning inside. When you walk in, you feel like your not in the correct place. Peggy and Dr Glossia need manners 101."
